All dogs visiting Doe Creek Kennels must be current on their vaccinations (DHLPP, Rabies, and Bordetella). They must also be on a flea and tick preventative. Please bring a copy of your dog's vaccination records. If you can't make a copy, bring the original, and we will return it to you when you pick up your dog.

If your dog has not been spayed or neutered, please inform us of that when you make your reservation. For low-cost spaying/neutering, we highly recommend Mountain View Humane in Christiansburg.

If you can't print the forms, please read over them carefully in case you have questions. We will have them available here for you to complete when you drop off your dog.
